A locksmith in 安徽省（Anhui Province, China） wanted to offer free lock-opening services to sanitation workers, thinking their lives were not easy. However, right after saying he wouldn’t charge for his services, he shocked everyone and was questioned for possibly being a wealthy person trying to experience life as a commoner.
