Two law enforcement officers from the Shenyang (Shenyang, China) Kangping Transportation Bureau were chasing a truck driver when the truck overturned to avoid the pursuit. The law enforcement officers left without rescuing the injured, and the Transportation Bureau apologized and removed the two officers, stating that the vehicle owner was suspected of illegally installing oversized wheels.
