In Sanyuan County, Xianyang (Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, China), the Fengcun Reservoir has dried up, and many people have entered to catch fish. Some people have even taken away carp over one meter long. The water conservancy bureau stated that people have been persuaded to leave the water source and are not allowed to fish.
