Several Chinese citizens in the UK have gone missing, prompting the embassy to remind people to strengthen safety precautions. In 石家庄 (Shijiazhuang, China), more than 10 people worked together to use a giant kite to lift a person into the air and successfully retrieve a kite that had fallen into a river after being flown over the central island.
