A 15-year-old boy in Japan killed his 80-year-old father on the street, stating that he simply wanted to commit a crime to be sent to a juvenile detention center. Meanwhile, in Beijing’s Shunyi District, China, two individuals were each fined 800 yuan by the fire department for bringing electric bicycle batteries into an elevator.
