In 湖北省 (Hubei Province, China) 仙桃 (Xiantao), a man who couldn’t swim was thrown into the water by a mechanical device and drowned. After the man drowned, nobody came to his rescue, and people on the shore watched as their companion died. Those in the water tried to save him, but it was too late.
