A Chinese-Filipino steel tycoon was kidnapped and murdered in the Philippines. His family paid over 20 million pesos in ransom to the kidnappers three times, but he was still killed. The victim had donated a lot of money to his hometown in 福建省 (Fujian Province, China) and his family hopes the Philippine police can make an effort to catch the perpetrators as soon as possible.
