A strong wind in Hohhot, China blew down over 100 meters of guardrail, and more than a dozen kind-hearted citizens worked together to lift it back up. In April last year, a 5-year-old girl in Chengdu, China was crushed to death in a residential area, and the traffic police ruled that the car owner was fully responsible. Recently, the girl’s family issued a letter of forgiveness, and the 25-year-old car owner was released on bail.
