In Guiyang, China’s Guizhou Province, a 70-year-old woman from Qingzhen City has been found to have a gallstone with a diameter of 7 centimeters and weighing 2.5 liang. The elderly woman, despite her condition, does not experience any pain and has normal gallbladder function. It is indeed a remarkable phenomenon that she was unaware of the existence of the gallstone if not for the physical examination.
