Anhui Province, China’s Bengbu City has implemented a “homework cutoff” policy, where elementary school students must finish their homework by 9 PM and junior high school students by 9:30 PM. If the homework is not completed, parents can sign to excuse their children from doing it. In our time, we didn’t even start washing up until 9 PM.
