A man in Nanjing, China, was driving under the influence and rear-ended the vehicle in front of him. The driver of the front car demanded 2,000 yuan in compensation. The man claimed he was being extorted and voluntarily reported the incident to the police, stating, “I acknowledge that I was driving after drinking, but I also acknowledge that he is trying to extort me.”
