A 16-year-old boy from Zhejiang Province, China’s Taizhou, was cheated out of his money after meeting Taiwanese singer Wu Bai, and with no remaining balance, he attempted to walk from Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China back to his hometown in Yunnan Province, China to take the college entrance examination, but was taken off the highway by the police.
